Course Overview
Physical Education III (A & B) continues to expand students' experiences with a variety of indoor and outdoor games, physical activities, and fitness practices. Organized into thematic units, each week introduces a new game or activity while keeping previous lessons available for ongoing practice and review. The course emphasizes not only physical skill development but also the enjoyment of movement, teamwork, and the exploration of personal fitness choices such as yoga, individual sports, and team sports.
