Course Overview
Physical Education II (A & B) builds upon foundational skills by introducing students to a wide variety of indoor and outdoor games, physical activities, and fitness practices. Lessons are grouped into thematic units, with a new game or activity added each week while keeping prior lessons accessible for ongoing review and practice. The program emphasizes participation, enjoyment, and the development of lifelong healthy habits through structured play, skill progression, and optional activities such as yoga or individual/team sports.
