Physical Education I (A & B) introduces students to the fundamentals of movement, fitness, and cooperative play while encouraging a lifelong enjoyment of physical activity. The two-part sequence provides a balanced progression from foundational motor skills to more advanced movement patterns, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
