Course Overview

Geometry B, Part 2 builds on the concepts from Part 1 and advances students' understanding of spatial reasoning, modeling, and probability. Emphasis is placed on applying geometric concepts flexibly and creatively across academic and real-world contexts.

Students will explore:

• 2D and 3D shapes, including calculations of surface area and volume.
• Modeling with geometry, applying geometric reasoning to authentic scenarios.
• An introduction to probability and its applications in geometric situations.

Instructional Approach
